The draft variation to the Master Planof Nellore sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.969 M.A., dated 21-11-1978 was issued in GovernmentMemo. No.10062/H1/98-2 M.A., dated 07-01-2000 and the draft variation was published in theAndhra Pradesh Gazette, Part-I, Extra-Ordinary Issue No.18, dated 13-01-2000. Theapplicant has paid an amount of Rs.25,920/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand nine hundred andtwenty only) towards Development charges. No objections or suggestions have been receivedthe draft variation is hereby confirmed as appended to this order.

2. The appended notification will bepublished in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

N O T I F I C A T I O N

In exercise of the powers conferred byclause (a) of Sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Act, 1920the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following variation to the Master Planof Nellore Municipality, the same having been previously published in the Andhra PradeshGazette, Part-I, Extra-Ordinary Issue No.18, dated 13-01-2000 as required by clause (b) ofthe saidsection.

VARIATION

The site in C.A.S. No.459 (Part) to anextent of 863.95 Square Meters of Survey Ward No.23/931 of Nellore Town, the boundaries ofwhich are as shown in the schedule hereto and which is earmarked for Residential use inthe General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Nellore town sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.969M.A., dated 21-11-1978 is designated for Commercial use by variation of change of land useas marked "A B C D" in the revised part proposed land use Map GTPNo.11/99 (N) available in Municipal Office, Nellore town, subject to the followingcondition:-

"that the title and Urban Land Ceiling / Agricultural Land Ceiling aspect shall be scrupulously examined by the concerned authorities i.e., Urban Development Authorities / Municipal Corporations / Municipalities before issue of building permission / development permission".

Schedule of Boundaries

North: 30’-0" wide existing Wahebpet road.

East: 50’-0" wide existing Achari Street.

South: Irrigation Channel.

West: D. Gopala Krishna Murthy land.
