O R D E R:

In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner,Uppal Kalan Municipality in his letter read above, the Government hereby permit theMunicipal Council, Uppal Kalan Municipality to lease the reserved Open Site measuring1,200 Sq. Yards meant for park in J.S.Nagar, Street No.8, Habshiguda in favour ofPrajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariaya Vishwa Vidyalaya organisation, Hyderabad for startingYoga centre for the benefit of the residents in and around the Colonies and to develop thepark along with the land scapes and the lease is for 30 years at a normal rent of Rs.100/-per annum subject to the following conditions:-

1) The park shall be developed with in a year of handing overpossession.

2) Lease holder shall not put any permanet strucrtutr other thangenuine require for

the park after obtaining permission from the Municipality.

3) There shall be no restriction on citizens entering the area.

4) Activities taken up by the organisation/Society in the parkshould not be commercial in nature.

5) And lease rental shall be only a token amount of Rs.100/- perAnnum.

2. The Commissioner and Director of MunicipalAdministration/Municipal Commissioner, Uppal Kalan Municipality shall take necessaryaction accordingly.

3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning(FW.EX.mM&E/2000 vide their U.O.No.10760/205/A1/Exp/2000 dated:4-4-2000.
