O R D E R:

              Asper provisions contained in section 8(2) of Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act,1975 and rule 12 (4) of Urban Development Area (Hyderabad) Rules, 1977, the Vijayawada,Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority has prepared draft ZonalDevelopment Plan for Nidamanuru Zone, Krishna District and called for objections andsuggestions from the public and local bodies within this zone.

2.              TheVijayawada, Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority, Vijayawada wasconsidering the objections and suggestions received from the public, modified and ZonalDevelopment Plan for Nidamanuru Zone as considered necessary and placed the same beforethe Authority in its meeting held on 15-12-1999.   The Authority in its Resolution No.1048, dated 15-12-1999 resolved toapprove Zonal Development Plan for Nidamanuru Zone (after considering the objections andsuggestions received).

3.              Governmentafter careful examination hereby approve the Zonal Development Plan for Nidamanuru Zone asper the provisions contained in section 9 (1) of Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development)Act, 1975.

4.            A copy each ofthe existing land use and proposed land use of Zonal Development Plan for Nidamanuru Zonealong with Zoning Regulations is sent herewith to Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali, MangalagiriUrban Development Authority for taking further action under section 10 of the AndhraPradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975.
