                        The Anti-Corruption Bureau has conducted a regular enquiry against Sri P.V.KrishnaRao @ Krishna Reddy, Assistant Town Planner, Office of the Chief City Planner, MunicipalCorporation of Hyderabad, Hyderabad on the alleged allegations made by Sri K.DayakarReddy, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad containing the allegations of malpractices and also indulgedin corrupt practices such as getting permission accorded for construction of buildings byoverlooking stipulated rules in the following cases after collecting illegal amounts, fromthe builders through an Hanimi Reddy, S/o.the then Chief City Planner, i.e. Sri A.Sri RamiReddy:-

                       A)        FileNo.67/TP.3/CCP/94 of Dewan Rajesh,                                       D.No.1-1-199,Chikkadpally, Hyderabad.

                        B)        FileNo.17/TP-3/95 of Daya Shankar, D.No.3-4-634,                Narayanaguda,Hyderabad.

                        C)        FileNo.50/TP-1/CCP/94 of Syed Abdul Jaleel,                 D.No.16-3-609/37and 38 Anandnagar,Hyderabad.

                        D)        FileNo.74/TP-6/94, Himasai Apartents D.No.5-8-1996.                 FatheSultan Lane, Hyderabad.

 2.                   During the regular enquiry it was disclosed that, there is no evidence either oralor documentary to prove the allegations of Irregularities or violations in the above said5 cases against Sri P.V.Krishna Rao, Assistant Town Planner, Office of the Chief CityPlanner, Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, Hyderabad.

 3.                   In view of the above circumstances Government decide to drop further action againstSri P.V.Krishna Rao the then Assistant Town Planning Officer, Municipal Corporation ofHyderabad as the allegations is held not substantiated.

4.                    Government after careful examination here by drop further action                          againstSri.P.V.Krishna Rao the then Assistant Town Planning                          Officer,Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad on the allegation of                          irregularitiesor violation in the above said 5 cases of Municipal                          Corporationof Hyderabad.

5.                    The Commissioner and Special Officer, Municipal Corporation of                          Hyderabad,Hyderabad / Director of Town and Country Planning,                          AndhraPradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action                         accordingly.
