           The draft variation to the Master Plan of Tadipatri sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.578M.A., dated 06-11-1996 was issued in Government Memo. No.21772/H1/99-2 M.A., dated20-01-2000 and the draft variation was published in the A.P. Gazette, Part-I,Extra-ordinary issue No.41, dated 25-01-2000.   Theapplicant has paid an amount of Rs.7,031/- (Rupees Seven thousand and thirty one only)towards development charges.  No objections orsuggestion have been received the draft variation is hereby confirmed as appended to thisorder.

2.         Theappended notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

           In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 15of the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Act, 1920 the Government of Andhra Pradesh herebymakes the following variation to the Master Plan of Tadipatri Municipality, the samehaving been previously published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Part-I, Extraordinaryissue No.41, dated 25-01-2000 as required by Clause (b) of the said section.

DRAFTVARIATION

           The site in S.No.3/A3 (Part) to an extent of Ac.1.53 of Gannavaripalli GramPanchayat, Tadiparti, Ananthapur District, the boundaries of which are as shown in  the schedule hereto and which is earmarked forCentral commercial use in the G.T.P. Scheme (Master Plan) of Tadiparti Town, sanctioned inG.O.Ms.No.578 M.A., dated 06-11-1996 is designated for Industrial use by variation ofchange of land use as marked "A B C D"in the revised part proposed land use Map G.T.P. No.28/99/R available in Municipal Office,Tadipatri Town, subject to the following condition:

thattitle and Urban Land Ceiling / Agriculture Ceiling aspects shall be scrupulously examinedby the concerned authorities i.e., Urban Development Authorities / Municipal Corporations/ Municipalities before the issue of the building permission / development permission.

Scheduleof Boundaries:

North:             Kalva and M/s. Maruthi Slabs existing factory.
