                               The draft variation  to the Master Planof Rajahmundry sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.465,M.A., dated 28-10-1975 was issued in GovernmentMemo.No.15377/H1/98-6,M.A., datged 5-2-2000 and the draft variation was published in theA.P.Gazette, part-I Extra/ordinary issue No.73,dated 9-2-2000.  No objections or suggestions have been receivedthe draft variation is hereby confirmed as appended to this order.

2.                            The appended notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh  Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

                               In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 15of the dA.P.T.P.Act,1920 the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following  variation to the

Master Plan of Rajahmundry Municipality,the same having been previously published in the Andhra Pradesh  Gazette, Part-I, Extra-ordinary issue No.73, dated9-2-2000 as required by clause b of the said section.

 VARIATION       

                               The site in R.S.No.275/2 and 266/2 in L.P.jNo.93/74 (this revised .zL.P.No.51/70)of Rajahmundry town, the boundaries of which are as shown in t he schedule hereto andwhich is earmarked for Residential, roads & open space (park) in the G.T.P.No.9/96 tothe Master Plan of Rajahmundry sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.465,M.A., dated 28-10-1975 isdesignated for Residential use i.e., restoration of L.P.No.93/74 by variation of change ofland ujse for roads and park as marked "A B C D ' in the revised part proposed landusde map G.T.P.No.24/99 available in Municipal Office, Rajahmundry town.
