                               The draft variation kto the kMaster Plan of Dharmavaram sanctioned inG.O.Ms.No.521,M.A., dateddf 24-8-1993 was issued in Government Memo.No.226/H1/99-2,M.A.,dated20-1-2000 and the draft cvariation was published in the A.P.Gazette, Part-I,Extra-ordinary issue No.62 dated 3-2-2000.  Noobjections or suggestikons were received on the draft vsriation, payment  of development charges does not arise, since it isa Government kkproposal.  Hence the draftvariation is hereby confirmed as appended to this order.

2.                            The appended notification will be published in the next issue kof the AndhraPradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

                               In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 15  of the A.P.T.P.Act, 1920 the Gocvernment kofAndhra Pradesh hereby makes the following variation to the Master Plan of DhjarmavaramMunicipality, the same having been previouslyu published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette,Part-I, Extra-ordinary issue No.62, dated 3-2-2000 as required by clause (b) of the saidsectioin.

DRAFT VARIATION

                               The site in S.No.430 part of Dharmavaram town, the boundaries of which are as shownin the schedule hereto and which is earmarked for jkpoublic & semi public use in theG.T.P.Scheme

(Master Plan) of Dharmavaram town,sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.521d,M.A., dated 24-8-1993 is designated for Cjommercial use byvariation of changve of land ujse as marked (A)  inthe drevised part proposed land use map G.T.P.No.25/99 (AR) available in Municipal Office,Dharmavaram town.
