O R D E R:
The Director of Town and Country Planning in the reference second read above whileforwaording the proposals of the Municipal Commissioner, Nandyal has reported that theMunicipality has proposed to allot equal extent of 141/2 cents to Smt.B.Lakshmi Narasammain liew of her site measuring 141/2 cents in S.No.708/6 of Mooiasagaram village taken overby the Nandyal Municipality for formation of 60’ wide Master Plan Road connectingA.K.Road to Kurnool Nandyal Road. Compensationhas not been paid to the applicant so far and the applicant requested to allot equalextent of site in Municipal reserved open space at Srinivasa Nagar behind Nivarthi Bhavanin liew of her sitge effected in 60’ wide M.P. road and the value of the both sitesare one and the same.
2. The Commissioner and Director ofMunicipal Administration, ink the reference third read above has reported that theMunicipal Council, Nandyal in its C.R.No.73, dt.29-6-96 resolved to send the proposal toGovernment, through Director of Town and Country Planning for allotment of equal extent ofsite in Municipal reserved open space at Srinivasa Nagar to Smt.Lakshmi Narasamma in liewof her site taken by the Municipality for formation of road and requested to accordpermission to Municipal Council for allotment of equal extent of 141/2 cents site inreserved open space in Srinivasa Nagar to the individual.
3. Government aftercareful examination of the proposals of the Director of Town and Country Planning andcommissioner and Director of Municipal Administration hereby accord permission to theMunicipal Council, Nandyal to allot 141/2 cents in S.No.759 to smt. B.Lakshmi narasamma inlieu of her land musuring 141/2 cents in S.NO. 708/6 of moolasagaram (V) taken over forformation of 60’ wide Master Plan Road connecting A.K.Road to Kurnool Road.
4. The Commissioner and Director ofMunicipal Administration/ Municipal Commissioner, Nandyakl shall take necessary actionaccordingly.
