The following Notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
The following Officers of the Town Planning Department shall retire from theGovernment service on attaining the age ofSuperannuation with effect from the dates mentioned against the names in column (4)subject to the condition of any disciplinary action if any that may arise prior to theirretirements and that Government dues against them, if any shallbe recovered from theirgratuity and other terminal benifits and also without prejudice to further action on the disciplinary cases andJudicial cases if any pending against them:-

The above Two Officersare informed that the reitement from service on the dateindicated against their name will be withoutprejudice to the Prosecution/Disciplinary Cases/Enquiries pending against them and alsosubject to the condition that the Disciplinary/Judicial Proceedings shall continue againstthem under Article 351-A of Pension Code Rule - 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 evenafter retirement.
