In supersession of the amendment issued vide reference cited 3rd read above,following amendment will be issued to G.O.Ms.No.614, M.A., dated 30.10.1999.
AMENDMENT
In the said G.O. for para-5 the following shall be substituted namely:-
The amount of grant sanctioned above shall be released to the State UrbanDevelopment Agency, which in turn will release to the Director of Town and CountryPlanning, Hyderabad and issue cheque in favour of third party.
