ORDER:

             The followingamendment is issued to the G.O.Ms.No.77 MA, dated 5-2-2000.

 AMENDMENT

           Paras 3,4 and 5 of the G.O. read above shall be replaced with the following:

                      2.         Theexpenditure sanctioned in para 2 of G.O.Ms.No.77 MA, dated 5-2-2000  shall be debited to “6217. Loans for UrbanDevelopment - 60. Other Urban Development Schemes - MH 800 - Other Loans - SH (07) Loansto Municipalities for conduct of Elections (to be opened) and shall be met by an advancefrom the Contingency Fund orders regarding which will be issued seperately by Finance andPlanning (FW.BG) Department.

                    3.         TheAccounts officer, Finance and Planning (FW.BG.II) Department shall draw and disburse theamount of Rs. 34 Lakhs by preferring an adjustment bill with Pay and Accounts Officer intothe P.D. Account No. 8448-Deposits of local fund - 102 .Municipal Funds - 03 . MunicipalGeneral Funds maintained by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Warangal.

                    4.         TheCommissioner, Municipal Corporation, Warangal is requested to obtain supplementary grant  at the appropriate time during 1999-2000 towardsrecoupment of advance to the Contingency Fund.

                    5.         Thisorder issues with the concurrence of the Finance and Planning (FW.EFS&T) Depepartment  vide U.O.No.6613/112/A1/Expr.MA&UD&EFS&T/2000, dated 24-2-2000.
