The draftvariation to the Master Plan of Nalgonda sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.594,M.A., dated 8.6.1987was issued in Government Memo.No.20486/H1/98-1,M.A., dated 30.11.1999 and the draftvariation was published in the A.P.Gazette , Part-I, Extra-Ordinary Issue No.498, dated13.12.1999. The applicant has paid an amountof Rs.5,420/- (Rupees Five thousand four hundred and twenty only) towards developmentcharges. No objections or suggestion havebeen received the draft variation is hereby confirmed as appended to this order.
2. Theappended notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) off section 15of the A.P.T.P. Act, 1920 the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the followingvariation to the Master Plan of Nalgonda Municipality, the same having been previouslypublished in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Part-I, Extra-ordinary Issue No.498 dated13.12.1999 as required by clause (b) of the said section.
The site in the premises No.5-6-1/A, B, C, & D to an extent of 375.12 Sq.Yardsof Block No.5 of Survey ward No.6 of Nalgonda town, the boundaries of which are as shownin the schedule hereto and which is earmarked for Residential in the G.T.P.Scheme (MasterPlan) of Nalgonda sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.594,M.A., dated 8.6.1987 is designated forCommercial by variation of change of land use as marked " A B C D " in therevised part proposed land use map G.T.P.No.2/98 available in Municipal Office, Nalgondatown, subject to the following conditions:
1. thatthe applicant should obtain permission for shopping complex from the director of Town andCountry Planning, as per rules in force.
2. thatthe title and Urban Land Ceiling/Agricultural land ceiling aspect shall be scrupulouslyexamined by the concerned authorities i.e., Urban Development Authorities / MunicipalCorporations / Municipalities before issue of building permission / developmentpermission.
