2. The Director of Mines and Geology has reportedthat as the company was holding the above two Mining Leases in contiguous, the CentralGovernment have advised the State Government to amalgamate both the leases vide theirletter dt.17.4.89 and he has also recommended for amalgamating both the leases into onelease.

3. After careful examination of the aboveproposal of the Director of Mines and Geology Government hereby accord permission foramalgamation of both Mining Leases referred to at para (1) above into one lease for Clayover an extent of 17.48 acres (10.00 acs + 7.48 acs) (or) 7.076 hects in S.Nos.1/2, 1/3,1/4 and 4/1 of Hasthavaram Village, Rajampet Mandal, Cuddapah District and CO-terminatethe earlier lease deed which expired on 16.11.1983.

4. The Director of Mines and Geology is requestedto take necessary further action as per rules.
