O R D E R:-

Governmentafter duly condoning the delay in submission of Approved Mining Plan, sanction the grantof a Mining Lease in favour of Sri P.Venkata Krishna Ravindra Kumar for White Clay andYellow Ochre over an extent of 32.42 acres in S.Nos.750, 862 to 866 and 756/P of GadelaVillage, Obulavaripalli Mandal, Cuddapah District for a period of 20 years subject to theprovisions of Mines and Minerals [R&D] Act, 1957 and the rules made thereunder ingeneral, subject also to the conditions in Form-K prescribed under the Mineral ConcessionRules, 1960 and to the additional conditions specified in the Appendix to this order.

2. The ratesof royalty, dead rent, surface rent and water charges shall be collectable as follows:

I. Rates of Royalty:

WHITE CLAY

a] Crude :: Twenty one Rupeesper tonne.

b] Processed [including ::Seventy five rupees per tonne.

YELLOW OCHRE :: Twelve rupeesper tonne.

II. Dead rent

[Rates of dead rent in rupeesper hectare per annum]

III. Surface rent & watercharges :: As fixed by the Government from time to time

3. The granteeshould pay a deposit Rs.10,000/- as prescribed under rule 32 of the Mineral ConcessionRules, 1960 before the lease is actually executed.

4. The granteeshould execute the lease deed within the time limit specified in Rule 31 of MineralConcession Rules, 1960.

5. The termsand conditions referred to in para-1 of this order are subject to such furthermodifications, additions and alterations as may be ordered before the lease deed isexecuted.

6. TheDirector of Mines and Geology is requested to take necessary further action for theexecution of the lease deed after satisfying himself that the grantee fulfils all therequired provisions of the amended Act and Rules. As soon as the deed is executed, thedate of such execution should be reported to the Government.

NOTE: The grant is liable for cancellation should it be found it was grossly inequitable or was made under a mistake of fact or owing to misrepresentation or fraud or in excess of authority.
