O R D E R :

 

            Whereas, it has been brought to the notice of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, that there are reasons to believe that the persons mentioned in para (2) below have committed offences and responsible for communal attacks with in the territorial jurisdiction of Moghalpura Police Station, Hyderabad and they are liable to be punishable under sections 147,148,427 read with sections 149 and 153 - A Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860), and section 3 and 4 of  Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 (Act 3 of 1984) and section 7(1) (a) Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 ( Act 23 of 1932) in Crime No. 206/2003 of Moghalpura Police Station, Hyderabad;

2.         And whereas, upon perusal of the relevant records pertaining to the Crime No. 206/2003 of Moghalpura Police Station, Hyderabad the Government are satisfied and considered that the following persons should be tried for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,427, read with  sections 149 and 153 - A Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) and section 3 and 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property  Act, 1984 (Act 3 of 1984) and section 7(1)(a) Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 ( Act 23 of 1932);

3.         Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 196 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby accord sanction for prosecution of the  persons mentioned in para (2) above, for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,427 read with sections 149 and       153 - A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) and section 3 and 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property  Act,1984 (Act 3 of 1984) and section 7(1)(a) Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 ( Act 23 of 1932) in Crime No. 206/2003 of Moghalpura Police Station, Hyderabad.
