ABSTRACT

 

Criminal Justice–Hyderabad City–Permission to Prosecute the  accused N. Ramu Yadav S/o Rajaiah and (5) others under sections 147,148,427,307 read  with sections 149 and 153–A of the Indian Penal Code 1860, sections 3 and 4 of Prevention of Damage and Public Property Act,1984  and section  7(1)(a) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 in Crime No.180/2003 of Tappachabutra Police Station,  Hyderabad  Sanction – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R :

 

 

            Whereas, it has been brought to the notice of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, that there are reasons to believe that the persons mentioned in para (2) below have committed offences and responsible for murderous attacks with in the territorial jurisdiction of Tappachabutra  Police Station, Hyderabad and they are liable to be punishable under sections 147,148,427,307 read with sections 149 and 153-A of the  Indian Penal Code,1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860),  sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 (Act 3 of 1984)  and section 7(1)(a) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 (Act 23 of 1932) in Crime No. 180/2003 of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad.

 

2.       And whereas, upon perusal of the relevant records pertaining to the Crime No. 180/2003 of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad, the Government  are satisfied and considered that the following persons should be tried for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,427,307  read with sections 149 and 153-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860), sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 (Act 3 of 1984)  and sections 7(1)(a) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932  (Act 23 of  1932).

            

             A-1)  Nareti Ramu Yadav, S/o Rajaiah, age 24 years,

            A-2)  Gundaram Dileep, S/o G.Sathaiah, age 42 years, Occ:

                         Mastri, R/o 13-6-517, Tallagadda, Karwan,Hyderabad.

            

             A-3)  Tumkunta Arun Kumar, S/o T. Beerappa, age 30 years,

                           Occ:Kirana General Stores, R/o H.No.13-6-250/3/12/11,

                           Haridasnagar, Karwan, Hyderabad.

               

                A-4)  Adapa Ravindranath, S/o A. babaiah, age 45 years,

                          Occ:General Stores, R/o 13-6-466, Tallagadda,  Hyderabad.

                       

             A-5)  Amadaboina Naresh Mudiraj, S/o A. Pandu, age 30

                         years, Occ: Mastry, R/o 13-6-166, Upperbasthi,  Tallagadda, Hyderabad

            

             A-6)  Gurujala Shivaraj S/o G. Rajaiah @ Buschi, age 28

                          years, Occ: Venkateswara Stationery Stores, R/o

                          13-6-582, Tallagadda, Hyderabad.

3.    Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 196 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby accord sanction for  prosecution of the persons mentioned in para (2) above, for the offences punishable under sections  147,148,427,307 read with sections 149 and 153-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860)  sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of  Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 (Act 3 of 1984)  and section 7(1)(a) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 (Act 23 of 1932) in Crime No. 180/2003 of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad.
