O R D E R :
Whereas, it has been brought to the notice of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, that there are reasons to believe that the persons mentioned in para (2) below have committed offences and responsible for murderous attacks with in the territorial jurisdiction of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad and they are liable to be punishable under sections 147,148,427,448,380, read with sections 149 and 153-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) in Crime No. 191/2003 of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad.
2. And whereas, upon perusal of the relevant records pertaining to the Crime No. 191/2003 of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad, the Government are satisfied and considered that the following persons should be tried for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,427,448,380, read with sections 149 and 153-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) .

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 196 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby accord sanction for prosecution of the persons mentioned in para (2) above, for the

offences punishable under sections 147,148,427,448,380, read with sections 149 and 153-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) in Crime No. 191/2003 of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad for taking cognizance on the offences by a court of competent Jurisdiction.
