O R D E R :
In theGovernment order first read above, orders were issued for constitution of ImplementationCommittee to examine the proposals for making temporary posts permanent or for continuingthem further under Non-Plan and Plan. In pursuance of the above orders Government hadissued certain instructions in the Government Orders second read above with reference tocontinuation of temporary posts under Non-Plan during the year 1999-2000.
2. The ImplementationCommittee in its meeting held on 17.9.99 has examined the proposals of the Secretary,Andhra Pradesh College Service Commission and recommended for declaration of 46 temporaryposts in the Andhra Pradesh College Service Commission as permanent..
3. In pursuance of therecommendations of the Implementation Committee, the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh CollegeService Commission has sent proposals to declare the posts as permanent in the referencethird read above.
4. Government aftercareful examination of the proposals submitted by the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh College Service Commission, hereby direct that the posts shown in the Annexure to thisorder be made permanent from the dates shown against them.
5. This order issues withthe concurrence of Finance and Planning (FW.EBS.VII) Department vide theirU.O.No.11097/181/A2/EBS.VII/2000, Dated:23.3.2000.
