2.     From the D.H. Hyd., Lr.Rc.No.3084/E3.B/2001, dated 14.12.2007

O R D E R :-

 

          The Government have decided that the non-local candidates appointed in deviation of the Presidential Order as identified by the Department  on reviewing the direct recruitments made from 1975 onwards be repatriated to their respective local cadres to which the candidates would belong to.

 

2.       The Director of Health,  Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above has furnished the proposals for repatriation of non-local employees whose recruitments are found in deviation of the Presidential Order.

 

3.       After careful examination of the matter, the Director of Health, A.P., Hyderabad is hereby permitted to repatriate  (5) Lab Technician Grade –II and (1) Pharmacist Grade – II as shown in the Annexure to this order to their respective local cadres duly following the instructions issued on the above subject. 

 

4.       The Director of Health,  Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter accordingly.

 

5.       This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
