O R D E R  :

 

 

             In the Government order 5th read above, Government have issued orders for repatriation of candidates appointed in deviation of the Presidential Order, 1975 as identified by the respective departments by reviewing the direct recruitments made from 1975 onwards to their respective local cadres to which the candidates would otherwise belong to, in implementation of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.610, G.A.(SPF.A)Dept.,Dt.30-12-1985, keeping in view the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organization of Local Cadres Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order,1975 and in tune with the recommendations/suggestions made by the One Man Commission(SPF) by following the Circular instructions issued in the references second to fourth read above.

 

 

2.                     In the Letter sixth read above, the Commissioner of Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad has submitted proposals for repatriation of 125 Multi Purpose Health Assistant (F)/ Anxuilary Nurse & Midwives of 15 Districts

 

 

3.                     The Government, after careful examination of the above proposals, have decided to repatriate the Multi Purpose Health Assistant (F)/ Anxuilary Nurse & Midwives (MPHA(F)/ANMs) shown in the Annexure of this order to their respective local cadre as identified by the Commissioner of Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad who are appointed in deviation of Presidential Order, 1975.

 

 

4.                     Now in exercise of the powers vested with the Government under        Para-5(1) of the Presidential Order, 1975, the individuals working as Multi Purpose Health Assistant (F)/ Anxuilary Nurse & Midwives (MPHA(F)/ANMs) shown in the Annexure to this Order appointed in deviation of the A.P.Public Employment (Organisation of local cadres and regulation of Direct recruitment) Order, 1975, are hereby repatriated to their respective local cadres.

 

5.                     On repatriation, the individuals shall report to the District Medical & Health Officer concerned for issue of posting orders.  They shall be eligible for T.T.A. and their seniority shall be governed by Rule 33 of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules.

 

6.                      The Commissioner of Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad Hyderabad shall take immediate action to implement the above orders and report compliance.

 

7.                     This order does not require the concurrence of General Administration (SPF) Department and Finance Department as per the delegation of the powers issued vide reference 5th read above.
