ORDER:

The Commissioner, Department of AYUSH, has furnished proposals vide reference 2^nd read above for effecting inter locals cadre (Zonal) transfers in respect of (13) Staff Nurses working in AYUASH Department whose recruitments are found to be in deviation to the provision of Presidential Order.

2. The Government after careful consideration of the matter hereby deiced and accordingly order to effect inter local cadre (zonal ) transfers in respect of The Staff Nurses working in AYUSH Department under para 5 (2) (c) of Presidential Order as per the annexure appended to this order.

3. The Commissioner, Department of Ayush is accordingly hereby permitted to issue necessary posting orders to the individuals as per seniority and as per availability of vacancies duly following the prescribed procedure as laid down under G.O. read above and by following the counseling procedure.

4. These orders do not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
