Nursing Education– Establishment of M.Sc (Nursing) Colleges –  Work entrusted to the Chairman, High Power Committee, Hyderabad  to give notification to call for the applications to start new professional courses in M.Sc.(Nursing) from the Public, duly following the norms laid down in Indian Nursing Council – Orders – Issued

O R D E R:

 

                        As on date there are Nursing Schools and B.Sc.(Nursing) Colleges in the State both in Government and Private Sector.  However, there are few Colleges of M.Sc.(Nursing) established in Government Sector.  It is therefore felt necessary that there is every need to establish more number of M.Sc.(Nursing) Colleges both in Government and Private Sectors, so as to improve the Nursing faculty and also to provide services in the specialized nursing care.

 

2.                Government after careful examination have decided that in order  to establish M.Sc.(Nursing) Colleges in the State,  the Chairman, High Power Committee, Hyderabad be authorized  to give notification to call for applications to start new professional courses in M.Sc.(Nursing) from the Public, duly following the norms laid down by  Indian Nursing Council and as per the Statutes of Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

 

3.                     Government accordingly hereby order that the Chairman, High Power Committee, Hyderabad shall give notification to call for the applications to start new professional courses in M.Sc.(Nursing) from the Public, duly following the norms laid down by Indian Nursing Council and the Statutes of Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

 

4.                     The Chairman, High Power Committee, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
