The following notification will be published in the Extra – ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 11th August, 2006.

 

NOTIFICATION

 

          In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2006 (Andhra Pradesh Ordinance No.4 of 2006), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the 11th August, 2006 as the date on which the aforesaid Ordinance shall come into force.
