O R D E R:
In the G.O. second and third read above, orders were issued authorizing the Selection Committee, Paramedical Institutions for consideration and recommending the applications for enhancement of seats to Paramedical Institutions. In the G.O. fourth read above, Government have issued orders disbanding the Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions.
2. In the letter fifth read above, the Director of Medical Education has requested the Government to amend to the said G.Os, and authorise the Director of Medical Education to process all the files pertaining to enhancement of seats and also to collect the inspection fee of Rs.3,000/- in favour of Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad through D.D., and to deposit the same in the P.D. Account No.9/438.
3. Government after consideration of the matter and in supercession of the orders issued in the G.Os second and third read above, hereby authorise the Director of Medical Education to send inspection team to inspect the paramedical Institutions and send Inspection report to Government for enhancement of seats in respect of Diploma and certificate courses of recognised paramedical Institutions. The Director of Medical Education is also authorised inrespect of making similar recommendations to Nursing Schools and B.Sc. Nursing Colleges in the capacity as E.O. President, A.P. Nursing and Midwives Council, Hyderabad. Government further authorise the Register, NTR University of Health Sciences to take similar action to send inspection reports for enhancement of seats to Government in respect of degree courses of B.Sc.(MLT), B.P.T. etc., and P.G. Diploma Courses in tune with their statutes.
4. The recognized Institutions /Schools seeking enhancement of seats should submit a D.D. for Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) towards inspection fee to the Director of Medical Education / NTR University of Health Sciences, as the case may be, together with an application form as per Annexure to this G.O.
5. The Director of Medical Education /Registrar, NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada will take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
