O R D E R :-

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Family Welfare A.P., Hyderabad, in the reference 2nd read above, Post Facto permission is hereby accorded under Rule 60 ( C ) of A.P. T. A. Rules to Smt.Nilam Sawhney, IAS., Commissioner of Family Welfare & Ex-Officio Secretary to Government to attend the review meeting to review the Health and Family Welfare Programmes in Andhra Pradesh and pending issues ( with GOI) with Mrs.Sushma Swaraj, Union Health Minister at New Delhi on 28th and 29th April, 2003 and leaving headquarters,  Hyderabad on  28-04-2003 by Morning IC flight, and return to Hyderabad, by evening flight on              29-04-2003.

 

2.     The officer is entitled to drew TA & DA from the Head of Account from which her pay and allowances are being drown.

 

3.     The absence of the above officer including the journey period shall be treated as on duty under FR 9(6) (b) (i).

 

4.     This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders is force.
