O R D E R:

 

In the G.O. read above, Budget Release Order has been issued releasing an amount of Rs.127,74,98,000/- (Rupees one hundred twenty seven Crores seventy four lakhs and ninety eight thousand only) during the financial year 2003-2004 towards the 75% of the B.E. provision 2003-2004 towards 1st installment (i.e. 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter) under Plan to the Director of Health, under the schemes PHCs under APERP, PHCs, PHCs under APERP(EAP), National T.B. Control Programme, NLEP (A) & (B), National Programme for Control of Blindness and Assistance to State Blindness Control Society.

 

2.     Government have examined the matter and accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.127,74,98,000/-  (Rupees one hundred twenty seven Crores seventy four lakhs and ninety eight thousand only) towards the 75% of the B.E. provision 2003-2004 towards 1st installment (i.e. 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter) under Plan to Director of Health, under the schemes PHCs under APERP, PHCs, PHCs under APERP(EAP), National T.B. Control Programme, NLEP (A) & (B), National Programme for Control of Blindness and Assistance to State Blindness Control Society as per the details indicated in annexed to this order.

 

3.     The expenditure shall be debited to the following head of accounts:
