ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad in the letter Second read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad to incur an expenditure of Rs.87, 60,76,000/- (Rupees eight seven crores sixty lakhs and seventy six thousand only) towards 75% of B.E. Provision 2003-04 towards 1^st installment (i.e., 1^st 2^nd, and 3^rd quarters of 2003-04) as per the Budget Release Order in the G.O. 1^st read above and as per the annexure to this order under State Plan Schemes duly observing Quarterly Regulations.

2. The Commissioner of Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and also ensure to furnish utilization certificates.
