The Director of Health, A.P.
Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above has submitted the proposals
and requested the Government, to issue necessary orders duly authorising the
Accounts Officer (Leprosy) Officer of the Director of Health, A.P. Hyderabad to
draw an amount of Rs.2.81 Lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs and Eighty One Thousand only)
for 4th quarter for the year 2002-2003 from the provision of
Rs.11.02 Lakhs under Head of Account for arranging payment of Grant-in-aid to
Honorary Secretary, Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
2. In the
G.O. 4th read above, the Finance (EBS.IX) Dept., have issued, Budget
Release Order releasing an amount of Rs.2.81 Lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs and Eighty
One Thousand only) towards 4th quarter balance of the Budget
Estimate Provision 2002-2003 towards the 3rd installment under
Non-Plan under the scheme National Leprosy Eradication Programme.
3. Government
have examined the matter and accord administrative sanction for an amount of
Rs.2.81 Lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs and Eighty One Thousand only) towards the 4th
quarter balance of the Budget Estimate provision 2002-2003 towards the 3rd
installment under Non-Plan under the scheme National Leprosy Eradication
Programme and the details as indicated in annexed to this order.
4. The amount sanctioned in Para-3 above shall
be debited to the following Head of Account.

5. The Accounts Officer, Leprosy Office of the Director of Health, A.P. Hyderabad is permitted to draw the above sanctioned amount from the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad. The Director of Health, A.P. Hyderabad is advised to take necessary action and pay the amount to Honorary Secretary, Sivananda Rehabilitation Home, Kukatpally, Hyderabad from the sanctioned amount in Para-3 above.
