ORDER:

 

            Where as Dr.P.Aswini Kumar, Assistant Professor (Retd.) Guntur Medical College, Guntur was on unauthorised absence for duties w.e.f. 21-6-97. The Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad, has been requested to direct the District Medical & Health Officer of Guntur/Nalgonda/Hyderabad to conduct discreet enquiry as to whether Dr.P.Aswini Kumar formerly Assistant, Professor Guntur Medical College Guntur was engaged in private practice during the period of his unauthorised absence from duty in their respective districts and to obtain and furnish a detailed report to Government immediately vide reference 1st read above.  The District Medical & Health Officer, Nalgonda was further directed vide reference 2nd read above to conduct discreet enquiry as to whether Dr.P.Aswini Kumar engaged himself in Private Practice at Suryapet, Nalgonda District if so, furnish a detailed report along with the photographs of the Clinic/Nursing Home and documentary evidence within (2) days to Government by return Fax.  While reiterating the direction issued vide reference 3rd read above, the District Medical & Health Officer, Nalgonda was once again directed to submit his enquiry report along with his explanation by return Fax, failing which he is liable to disciplinary action.

 

Where as the District Medical & Health Officer, Nalgonda has submitted his report vide reference 4th read above without photographs and documentary evidence and his explanation, in spite of specific directions from the Government and he has not yet submitted the report as ordered by the Government.

 

         Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided and hereby impose a punishment of “CENSURE” on Dr.Y.Raja Mohan Rao, District Medical & Health Officer, Nalgonda for his negligence in performing his duties and not sending proper reports as directed by the Government. Necessary entries to this effect shall be made in the S.R. of Dr.Y.Raja Mohan Rao, the District Medical & Health Officer, Nalgonda for violation of Government instructions.

 

        The Director of Health, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
