ORDER:

Whereasit has come to the notice of the Government of Andhra Pradesh alleging thatSmt. P. Nagamani, Pharmacist, O/o. PHC, Venkataramannagudem, West GodavariDistrict is indulge in corrupt and malpractices and secreted Govt., medicinesmeant for the distribution to the poor patients in the bore well shed of Smt.M. Narayanamma, PHC, V.R. Gudem, W.G. District.

2.        And whereas disciplinary proceedingsagainst Smt. P. Nagamani, Pharmacist, PHC, Venkataramnnagudem, West GodavariDistrict contemplated.

3. Andwhereas the Government of Andhra Pradesh after careful consideration of theavailable material and having due regard to the circumstances of the case, aresatisfied that it is necessary to place Smt. P. Nagamani, Pharmacist, PHC,Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari District under suspension.

4. Now,therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 8 ofAndhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991, the Government of AndhraPradesh hereby place the said Smt. P. Nagamani, Pharmacist, PHC,Venkataramanagudem, West Godavari District under suspension from the date ofcommunication of this order and she shall continue to be under suspension untilthe conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings / termination of all proceedingsrelating to the criminal charges.

5. Itis further ordered that during the period this order remains in force, theHeadquarters of Smt. P. Nagamani, Pharmacist, PHC, Venkataramannagudem, WestGodavari District shall be at West Godavari District and the said Smt. P.Nagamani, Pharmacist, PHC, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari District shallnot leave the headquarters without obtaining the previous permission of theundersigned.

6. Duringthe period of suspension, Smt. P. Nagamani, Pharmacist, PHC,Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari District, shall be paid subsistenceallowance in accordance with the F.R.53.

7. TheDirector of Health, is requested to serve the order on Smt. P. Nagamani,Pharmacist, PHC, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari District and furnish theduplicate copy with the acknowledgement of the individual immediately to theGovernment.
