The following Amendment is issued to G.O.Ms.No.126, HM&FW (E2) Deptt., dt. 22.4.2002.

Amendment

The following words shall be added at the end of para (5) of G.O.Ms.No.126, HM&FW (E2) Deptt., dt. 22.4.2002.

“There shall be no presentation of Bills based on these orders by Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences to Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad. The Pay and Accounts Officer, shall act on these orders only and adjust the amount of Rs.1,04,27,000/- to the P.D. Account of Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.”

2. This amendment does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
