O R D E R:

The provisions indicated at Coloumn-2 in the annexure to thisorder originally created under Plan in G.Os. indicated in  coloumn-3 of the saidannexure and further continued upto 1996-97 as indicated therein together with the postsas shown at coloumn-4 of the said annexure which have been transferred from Plan Schemesto Non-Plan as committed expenditure at the end of the VIII five year Plan in the U.O.Noteread above, are hereby converted from Plan Schemes to Non-Plan with effect  from thefinancial year 1997-98.

2. The expenditure on the above schemes transferred from PlanSchemes to Non-Plan Schemes shall be debited to the Head  of Account indicated inColoumn-5 of the annexure to this order with effect from 1997-98.

3. The Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh,Hyderabad isrequested to take necessary action in the matter.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning(FW) Department vide their U.O.No. 2588/17/A1/EBS- VIII/2000, Dated:1-2-2000.
