The following notification shall be published in the next issueof Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-

N O T I F I C A T I O N

Under Rule 10 of Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-ordinate ServiceRules, 1996, Dr. J. Sarada, Assistant Profesosr of Pedodontia, Government Dental Collegeand Hospital, Hyderabad is promoted temporarily as Professor of Pedodontia in the scale ofpay of Rs.10250 - 17050 with usual allowances applicable to the post from time to time.

2. The above promotion is made subject to the outcome of resultof W.Ps/ W.As/ O.As/ R.Ps/ C.As etc if any, pending before Tribunal/ Courts and purelytemporary and liable to be reverted to her lower substantive post at any time withoutnotice and assigning any reason therefor.

3. Consequent on promotion, Dr. J. Sarada, Assistant Professor ofPedodontia is posted as Professor of Pedodontia, Government Dental College and Hospital,Hyderabad in the existing vacancy.

4. The Assistant Professor of Pedodontia appointed as Professorof Pedodontia should join the said post within 15 days from the date of receipt of theorder. If she fails to join or evade joining by applying for leave or otherwise during thestipulated time, she shall forfit all her rights both present and future for the post ofProfessor of Pedodontia without any notice in terms of Andhra Pradesh State andSub-ordinate Service Rules,1996.

5. The Director, Medical Education shall implement the aboveorders and communicate the date of her joining in the promoted post.
