In the G.O.first read above, permission was accorded to theCorrespondent & Vice Chairman, Sree Sai Rag Educational  Society,Ramaraopet,Kakinada, East Godavari District for establishment of Sri Sai Rag School of Nursing atRamaraopet, Kakinada, East Godavari District.

2. The Correspondent & Vice Chairman, Sree Sai RagEducational Society, Ramaraopet, Kakinada, East Godavari District in the circumstancesstated in his letter second read above has requested for cancellation of the permissiongranted for establishment of Sri Sai Rag School of Nursing, Ramaraopet,Kakinada, EastGodavari District and to return the Security Deposit maintained by the Society.

3. Government after having examined the request made in theletter second read above hereby cancel the permission accorded to the above Society tostart Sri Sai Rag School of Nursing, Ramaraopet, Kakinada, East Godavari District issuedin G.O.first read above.

4. The President, Andhra Pradesh Nurses & Midwives Counciland Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to takenecessary action in this regard accordingly and also return the Fixed Deposit Receipt forRs.5.00 Lakhs to the Correspondent & Vice Chairman, Sree Sai Rag EducationalSociety,Ramaraopet, Kakinada, East Godavari District under due acknowledgement and reportcompliance to the Government in due course.
