In the circumstances reported by the Director of Health in hisletter read above and the provision contained in section 3 (3) of the A.P.PublicEmployment (Regulation of age of superannuation) Atc, 1984 Government hereby accordpermission for continuation of the following individuals in service till they attain theage of 60 years, unless they are required to be discharged on account of health or onaccount of negligence or inefficiency, as they can be regarded as "Workman"employed in an industrial establishment of Government.
