The following Notification shall be published in the next issueof Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-

N O T I F I C A T I O N

Under Rule 10 (a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-ordinateServices Rules, 1996, the Government hereby appoint Sri D.Hanumantha Rao, Deputy DirectorO/o.the Inspector General,Drugs & Copyright, Drug Control Administration, Hyderabad bypromotion as Joint Director, Drugs Control Administration,Hyderabad in the pay scale ofRs.5040-160-5200-190-6150-230-7300- 280-8700 on temporary basis with immediate effectsubject to the condition that the appointment by promotion is liable to be terminated atany time without any notice and without assigning any reason thereof and also subject tothe outcome of WPs/WAs/OAs/RPs and CAs etc., pending if any before the Tribunal/Courts.

2. On promotion as Joint Director, Drugs Control Administration,Hyderabad Sri D. Hanumantha Rao is posted in the existing vacancy caused due to retirementof Sri N.Sadasiva Rao, Joint Director, Drugs Control Administration, Hyderabad on theafternoon 31-5-1999 A.N.

3. Sri D.Hanumantha Rao, Deputy Director, Drugs ControlAdministration, Hyderabad is informed that he should join in the promotion post of JointDirector, Drugs Control Administration, Hyderabad within a period of 15 days from the dateof receipt of this order. If he fails to join or evade joining by applying for leave orotherwise within the said time limit, he shall forfeit all his rights both present andfuture for the post Joint Director, Drugs Control Administration, Hyderabad without anynotice as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.193, General Administration (Ser.D)Department, Dated:23-4-1999.

4. The Inspector General, Drugs & Copyright, Drugs ControlAdministration, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter immediately and reportthe date of joining of the above individual in the post of Joint Director, Drugs ControlAdministration, Hyderabad.
