The following Notification shall be published in the next issueof Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-

N O T I F I C A T I O N

Under Rule 10 of the Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-ordinateServices Rules, 1996, the Government hereby appoint Smt.A.V.Krishna Kumari, JuniorScientific Officer, O/o. the Director,Institute of Preventive Medicine, Public HealthLaboratories and Food (Health) Administration, Hyderabad on promotion as Senior ScientificOfficer, Office of the Director, Institute of Preventive Medicine, Public HealthLaboratories and Food (Health) Administration, Hyderabad in the pay scale of Rs.4400-8700with usual allowances applicable to the post from time to time.

The promotion ordered are subject to the outcome of W.Ps/W.As/R.Ps/O.As/C.As., etc., pending before the Tribunal/Courts if any. The promotion inpurely temporary and liable to be reverted in the lower substantive post at any timewithout notice and assigning any reason therefor.

Consequent on promotion Smt.A.V.Krishna Kumari is posted asSenior Scientific Officer in the Office of the Director, Institute of Preventive Medicine,Public Health Laboratories and Food (Health) Administration, Hyderabad vice Smt.K.SailajaDevi, Senior Scientific Officer transferred.

On transfer Smt.K.Sailaja Devi, Senior Scientific Officer isposted as Senior Scientific Officer at Regional Laboratories, Visakhapatnam in theexisting vacancy.Smt.A.V.Krishna Kumari, should join in the promoted post within 30 daysfrom the date of receipt of this order. If she fails to join or evade joining by applyingfor leave or otherwise within the said time limit, she shall forfeit all her rights bothpresent and future on the post of Senior Scientific Officer without any notice in terms of11 (b) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules.

 The Director, Institute of Preventive Medicine, PublicHealth Laboratories and Food (Health) Administration,Hyderabad is requested to takenecessary action in the matter immediately and report the date of their joining in the newposts.
