Narayan Chowdary, (Retd.), Addl. Director, Department of Agriculture for the SPIU, Agri.& Coop. Department for a period from 21.11.2004 to 31.03.2005, exempting him from the purview of orders issued in G.O. first read above. 2. The Director General & Executive Director, Centre for Good Governance (CGG) in his D.O. third read above has stated that Dr. P. Narayan Chowdary, (Retd.), Addl. Director of Agriculture has been working as Consultant for Strategy and Performance Innovation Unit (SPIU) Agri.& Coop. Department and the services of Dr. P. Narayana Chowdary who is an experienced and senior most retired Officer of Agriculture are essential to undertake the projects in the second phase of Governance Reform Programme be taken up from 2005-2006 to land for several innovative projects under Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture and Marketing, Cooperation, successfully. The Dir. Genl. & Exe. Dir., has, therefore, proposed to continue the services of Dr. P. Narayana Chowdary, Retd., Addl. Director (Agri.) as Consultant SPIU, Agri. & Coop. Department for a further period of one year from 1.4.2005, exempting him from the purview of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal of Dir. Genl. & Exe. Dir., CGG hereby permit the Dir. Genl. & Exe. Dir., CGG to continue the services of Dr. P. Narayan Chowdary, (Retd.), Addl. Director, Agriculture as Consultant for the SPIU of Agri.& Coop. Department for a further period of three months w.e.f. 1.4.2005 to 30.06.2005 meeting the cost of expenditure from the CGG funds. 4.
