In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. read above, Government hereby constitute the Steering Group of SPIU for the Welfare Departments with the following composition:

2.         The Steering Group will provide over all policy direction to the reform efforts of the Welfare Departments and preparation of a Reform Action Plan for the Welfare Sector as indicated in the G.O. read above.
