«    work mainly as a facilitator;

 

«    oversee progress of implementation of procurement and E-Procurement procedures and monitor performance of the departments.

«    develop guidelines, Framework Agreements, and standardised procedures.

 

«    examine and bring in necessary legislative and regulatory changes.

 

«    facilitate effective change management and streamline processes/ procedures in accordance with best practices followed all over the world.
