 O R D E R :-

                        Inthe reference 2nd read above the Collector and District Magistrate, Prakasam District hassubmitted proposals with recommendation to sanction Monetary grant of Rs.5000/- (Rupeesfive thousand only) to Sri Gali Pulla Reddy Karnam F/o late K.Srinivasulu 2597481 Sepoywho died in OP RAKSHAK(J&K) on 8-3-1999.

 2.         Basing on the recommendation ofthe District Collector Prakasam the matter has been examined to sanction Monetaryassistance to Sri Gali Pulla Reddy Karnam Father of K.Srinivasulu 2597481 Sepoy.

 3.         In terms of orders issued in theG.O.1st read above Government hereby sanction cash grant of Rs.5000/- (Rupees fivethousand only) to Sri Gali Pulla Reddy Karnam father of late K.Srinivasulu 2597481 SepoyL.Kota(v) & (Post), Cumbum,Mandal Prakasam District.

 4..         The expenditure shall be debitedto:-

             “2070-OtherAdministrative Services

              MH-800-OtherExpenditure

              SH-(16)Monetary Assistance to the receipients of Gallantry Awards

              340-OtherCharges

               342-OtherExpenditure”

 5.         The District Collector, Prakasamis requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (3) under intimation tothe department.

 6.         This order does not require theconcurrence of Finance and Planning (FW)Department interms of orders issued inG.O.Ms.No.579 G.A.D.Dt.10.07.1986.
