NEW DELHI, THE 10THJANUARY, 2000.
S.O.29 (E) - In exerciseof the powers conferred by Clauses (1) and (2) of article 371D of the Constitution, thePresident hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh PublicEmployment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order,1975, namely:-
1.(1) This Order may becalled the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulationof Direct Recruitment) (Amendment) Order, 2000.
(2) It shall come intoforce at once.
2. In the Andhra PradeshPublic Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment)Order, 1975, in paragraph 7, after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted,namely:-
"(c) In cases wherevisually handicapped and hearing handicapped persons studied in the special schools meantfor them, the native place of the parents of such visually handicapped and hearinghandicapped persons."
