O R D E R:
Government have issued orders in the G.O. read above, revising the rates of Dearness Allowance to the State Government employees from 1 st July, 2005.
2. The Government hereby issue the following amendment to Para 4 of the G.O. read above:

Government hereby order the revision of rate of Dearness allowance in the G.O. 3 rd read above to the Judicial Officers whose pay scales were Revised vide G.O.Ms.No.60, Law (LA&JSCF) Department, dated 7-5-2003 from 36.810% of the basic pay to 40.082% of basic pay per month from 1 st July, 2005. |
Government hereby order the revision of rate of Dearness Allowance to the Judicial Officers whose pay scales were revised vide G.O.Ms.No.60, Law (LA& J SC-F) Department, dated 7-5-2003 from 67% to 71% of the basic pay with effect from 1 st July, 2005. |
