ORDER:

 

          In the reference read above, the IAS Officers Association, Andhra Pradesh Branch, Hyderabad, has communicated their decision to contribute one day basic salary towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund”. It is also requested to issue necessary orders for the recovery of one day basic salary from the I.A.S. Officers Salary bills of February, 2005 payable in March, 2005.

 

            Government after careful examination of the above request, here by order that, the above deduction shall be made from the February, 2005 salary of the I.A.S. Officers of Andhra Pradesh payable on 1st March, 2005. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and the Deputy Directors, Office of District Treasuries in the State are hereby directed to deduct one day basic salary from the February Salary of IAS Officers payable on 1st March, 2005 towards contribution to the Chief Minister’ Relief Fund.

 

            The amount so deducted shall be credited to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund under the following head of account.

 

                        Head of Account       :           8443 – Civil Deposits.

                                                MH.     :           106 – Personal Deposits.

                        P.D. Account No.G.A.106 – Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

 

 

            The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and all the Treasury Officers shall ensure that the correct deductions are made from the pay bills as above and the amounts credited to the said Head of Account.

 

            The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and the Deputy Directors, Office of the District Treasuries, shall personally be responsible to ensure that full deductions are made and remitted into the “Chief Minister’s Relief Fund” and inform the same to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad and to the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad without fail.
