ORDER:
In
the Government Order first read above, based on the recommendations of Pay
Revision Commission, 1999 orders were issued implementing the Kit Maintenance
Allowance.
2. In the Government Order second read above, based on the
recommendations of Anomalies Committee orders were issued sanctioning the Kit
Maintenance Allowance to the Chief Head Warder, Head Warder and Warder of
Prisons Department, Animal Keeper, Watchman, Zoo Sergent and Gate Keeper of
Forest Department and Attender and Driver of High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
3. In the Government Order third read above, based on the
recommendation of Pay Revision Commission, 2005, order were issued for
implementation of the Revised Pay Scales 2005 to the State Government
Employees.
2. The Pay Revision Commission, 2005 among others, has
recommended enhancement of the existing rates of Kit Maintenance Allowance by
50% to the categories, which are in receipt of the said allowance.

3. Government have accepted the recommendations of the Pay
Revision Commission, 2005 and accordingly order that the Kit Maintenance
Allowance be revised as shown in Annexure to this order to the categories
indicated therein.
4. These orders shall come into force with effect from the
date of issue of this G.O.
5. Necessary amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Manual of
Special Pays and Allowances wherever necessary will be issued in due course.
6. The G.O. is available on Internet and can be accessed at the
