                        The attention of the Director of Treasuries & Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and Pay & Accounts Officer, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is invited to the reference cited, wherein  orders have been issued indicating  25th of the month  as the last date of   receipt of   honorarium bills of  Anganwadi Workers, Helpers,  Home Guards  and  payments under  other contractual   services   on par with   salary bills, duly  following the budgetary  procedure.

 

2.                        In continuation, it is informed that BRO for the 4th quarter of 2004-05 under various sub-heads concerning these payments have been issued.  Hence, it is hereby directed that the bills may be admitted into audit and passed for the required amount well before 1st April, 2005, so as to enable  for payment on 1.4.2005.

 

3.                        The Commissioner, Women Development & Child Welfare, Director General & Inspector General of Police, Commissioner of Police  and other Heads of Departments concerned are  requested to  submit the  claims  with proper  distribution statements well within the above time limit.  In case of any  difficulty in solving this issue, they may  immediately  inform the  Asst. Secretary to Govt., Finance (TFR) Dept.,  without any delay.
