ORDER:

            In the reference 1^st read above, orders have been issued fixing schedule of dates for presentation of bills in Treasuries on par with Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad with effect from 1-11-1992. In the reference 2^nd read above, instructions have been issued fixing the dates for issuing of cheques.

            In the reference 3^rd read above, the Commissioner, Women Development and Child Welfare has stated that Honorarium comes under Contingent bills and shall be admitted only from 5^th – 16^th of every month due to which payment of Honorarium to Anganwadi Workers and Helpers is being paid only after 6^th of every month and it is a controlled item due to which payment of Honorarium is being delayed every month.  Commissioner, W.D. & C.W., has requested the Government to exempt payment of Honorarium from Treasury control and issue necessary instructions to the Treasury authorities to admit the Honorarium bills into audit on par with salary bills to enable the department to pay the same on 1^st of every month.

            Government after careful consideration of the matter hereby order that the the following be added as item 5 of Para 2 of of G.O. 1^st read above.

AMENDMENT

5. All Honorarium bills of Anganwadi Workers, Helpers (280/283), Home Guards (280/282) and payments under Other Contractual Services (300).

25^th is the last date for receipt of all Honorarium bills of Anganwadi Workers, Helpers, Home Guards and payments under Other Contractual Services on par with salary bills duly following the budgetary procedures.

            This order come into force with immediate effect and also available in A.P.Government Website ‘www.aponline.gov.in’.
