            In the reference 3rd cited, the President, A.P.N.G.Os Association, Hyderabad has brought to the notice of the Government that their district branch at Ongole has represented that, some department in the district could not present some bills to the Treasury in time for want of budget and requested to extend the time for submission of bills after the due dates.

 

            The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad and Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad are instructed to admit into audit the following bills up to 31st March, 2004 and they are also requested to issue suitable instructions to their subordinate offices in this regard.

 

1.      All bills relating to Wages.

2.      All bills relating to contract appointments.

3.      All bills relating to current consumption charges of A.P.Transco.
