O R D E R

           In continuatin of Government Orders cited, sanction is hereby accorded for the payment ofRs.20,11,731/- (rupees twenty lakhs eleven thousands seven and thirty one only) to theA.P.Infrastructurre Development Corporation (APINFRA) for the payment of interest for 3days as explained by the Managing Director, A.P.I.D.C., to the bond holders on the bondsfloated by APINFRA and for payment of Trustee fee payable to the Trustee (State Bank ofHyderabad, Secretariat Branch).

2.The expenditure sanctioned in para 1above shall be debited to the following Head of Account.

2049.Interest payment-

01 Interest on Internal debt-

MH 200 Interest on other Internal debts-

SH (15) Interest Payable on Bonds floated by

A.P.Infrastructure Development Corporation.

3.Theexpenditurre sanctioned in para 1 above shall be met in relaxation of treasury controlorders and quartely regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtainingsupplementary grant during 1999-2000.

2.The Assistant Secretary to Government,Finance and Planning (PW-Claims) Department shall draw the amount in the form of a chequein favour of Managing Director, A.P.Infrastructure Development Corporation, Hyderabad.  He is also requested to take action for obtaining supplemenatary grant during1999-2000 to cover the actual additional expenditure incurred.

6.This order issues with the concurrenceof Finance and Planning (Fin.BG) Department vide their U.O.No.968/170/BG/A1/2000 dated18.2.2000.
