ORDER

            Sanction is herebyaccorded for the payment of Rs.28,56,25,000/- (Twenty eight crore fifty six lakh andtwenty five thousand only) to the A.P.Infrastructurre Development Corporation (APINFRA)for the payment of half-yearly interest to the bond holdes on the bonds floated by APINFRAfor the half-yealy ending 30.6.2001.

.2.        In the reference 2^nd read aboveFinance department have released the amount sanctioned in paa 1 above in relaxation ofquarterly egulation orders.

3.         The expenditure sanctioned in para 1above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:

            2049.Interestpayment-(charged)

             01.Interest onInternal debt-

            MH200.Interest on otherInternal debts-

            SH(15) Inteest payableon Bonds floated by

                       A.P.InfrastructureDevelopment Corporation.

4.         The Assistant Secretary to Government,Planning (claims) Department shall draw the amount in the form of a cheque in favour ofManaging Diector, A.P.Infrastructure Development Corporation, Hyderabad.
